Special District Management Services, Inc. (SDMS) was founded by Deborah McCoy in 1987 to serve the needs of Colorado's Title 32 Special Districts. Since then, we have grown to serve over 200 districts and homeowner associations in all stages of development. Our clients range from those being organized to fully mature districts and associations for whom SDMS manages the day-to-day needs of governing boards, homeowners, utility customers and businesses.
SDMS has the most experienced staff in the industry, with years of experience in administration, maintenance, utility operations and field services. We are attentive to the unique requirements of each community, each client's schedule and cost efficiencies.
